This week, as a 13-year-old Aryia entered the U16 tournament in Templeogue and was unseeded, she won the tournament without dropping a set. Last week, she celebrated winning the TE14 Singles event held at the Belfast Boat Club.
Only two weeks ago, Aryia reached the finals of another Tennis Europe event, this time in Waterford.
The week before that, she had been in Norway for another Tennis Europe event and succeeded in defeating the number three-ranked U14 player on the way to the final.
Aryia is an almost daily feature on the Dundalk courts in her school holidays, along with her grandfather Jim Pringle, who ensures she keeps up her intensive training schedule.
All the hard work is paying off for Aryia as she competes against the top teenage tennis players of Europe and is looking forward to her two intensive training camps in the summer months.
