Former Dundalk FC fan favourite Marco Tagbajumi has signed with Norwegian top-flight side Bodø/Glimt.
Tagbajumi pens a deal with the Eliteserien newcomers having previously played for Stromsgodset and Lillestrom in the Scandinavian country.
The striker spent the first part of the season with the Lilywhites, having been recruited by Stephen Kenny as back-up to Patrick Hoban. He scored three times in 20 appearances, including efforts against Bray Wanderers and Waterford FC in the league.
Popular among the supporters, the 30-year-old had a song put together for him which the Shedside Army regularly belted out when Tagbajumi was on the field.
He joins a side who sit 11th in a 16-team league in Norway after 21 games. They face Sandefjord away on Sunday, where Tagbajumi could potentially make his debut.
