Four of the largest farm leases in Counties Louth, Monaghan and Cavan have been completed by Fee and Associates.

It has been a busy first quarter for the Fee and Associates team.

They have confirmed the completion of a c.170 acres at Barronstown, Philipstown, Dundalk, Co. Louth to a Dairy farmer.

In the neighbouring county 2 more large land lease deals in County Monaghan. 

c.105 acres dairy farm in Newbliss to a dairy farmer and c.100 acres at Drumboat, Knocks, Carrickakelly, Inniskeen to a Tillage farmer.

The fourth leasing was in County Cavan of c.140 acres at Mullabrack and Kilmacaran Shercock to a beef farmer. 

All 4 deals achieved record prices for the area in their own right as a result of a very buoyant market with increase demand coming from all sectors.
