Network Ireland Louth kicked off their first event of 2026 with an event entitled ‘Growth in Motion’ delivered by Diane Roberts, Founder at XPinnovates.
The event took place in AMTCE in Dundalk, which is the National Advanced Manufacturing Training Centre established by LMETB.
The members of Network Ireland Louth were treated to a tour of the facility to see the technology being used to deliver quality learning and skills training, to enhance the skills of learners.
This tour was followed by networking among the members before Diane Roberts presented her Growth Sprint Framework to all the businesswomen in Network Ireland Louth.
She presented practical approaches to help turn strategy into confident action in everyone’s business. Diane advised that the key objective of the Growth Sprint Strategy is to establish the SSO - Single Strategic Objective.
Diane highlighted the importance of clarity, focus and confident execution when turning strategy into action. Diane was keen to remind the room that risk was a huge factor in this and needed to be looked at from both angles, the likelihood of it happening and what is the impact on a business.
She also advised that when it comes to business “not making a decision is making a decision”.
Pauline Clarke, of Kookee and Eat Loaded Cookies, started off her year as President of Network Ireland Louth by thanking Diane for her invaluable advice in helping members grow their businesses with focus.
She also expressed her thanks to the crowd present and said she is looking forward to her year as President and to supporting all members in their business journeys.
The next event takes place on 12th February in the Monasterboice Inn. This event is being delivered by Annmarie McHugh, Business Consultant, who will talk about Lean Management & Six Sigma to help businesses.
