The Geraldines GFC have announce the return of their popular Schools Coaching Programme for the new academic year.
In partnership with KMac Coaching, they're continuing to strengthen their ties with St. Fursey’s, St. Francis and St. Oliver’s, inspiring the next generation of players and nurturing a lifelong love of Gaelic games.

Weekly coaching sessions began last week and will run throughout the school year, engaging different age groups at various stages:
September – December: Coaching for 3rd to 6th class pupils, focusing on building confidence, skills and teamwork.
January – March: Sessions for 1st and 2nd class pupils, with additional coaching for Junior and Senior Infants to coincide with the restart of our Nursery in March 2026.
April – June: Return to 3rd to 6th class pupils for further skills development and fun activities. The programme is designed to benefit everyone involved.
Young players receive high-quality coaching in a positive environment, while the club continues to strengthen its links with local schools.
Two joint blitz events are planned — one in October and another in May/June 2026 — to give children an opportunity to showcase their skills.
The Geraldines are proud to continue investing in the community and look forward to another successful year of school coaching.
