BIRDS: A rare talk given by a wildlife expert will take place tonight in Dundalk

This evening - Monday 6th February, 2017 at 8pm - Peter Phillips will give an illustrated talk on the birds of Tory Island.

Tory is a well-known hotspot for rare migratory birds, as well as having many scarce indigenous species. Peter who works with Dublin Zoo has been visiting Tory for many years and found many rarities there. The talk will cover getting to Tory, best times of year to visit, and a bit of natural history, as well as an account of the rarities.

Entry is free and all are welcome.
