Gardaí say they are investigating all the circumstances in relation to the discovery of a body at a residential property in the area of Newry Road, Dundalk yesterday afternoon Sunday 23rd July, 2023 at approximately 2pm.
The identification of the body has not been determined at this time and gardaí say investigations into this matter are ongoing.
In a statement from An Garda Síochana this morning, it said that a post mortem will be conducted in due course and the results of which will determine the course of the investigation.
