The death has occurred of Martin McEVOY Coastguards' Cottages, Gyles' Quay, Riverstown, Dundalk, Louth / Ballyjamesduff, Cavan

Formerly Dublin Road, Ballyjamesduff. Unexpectedly. Predeceased by his parents Frank and Eithne. Beloved brother of Simon, Fiona and Dave. He will be sadly missed by his sorrowing brothers, sister, sisters-in-law Paula and Lucy, brother-in-law Stuart, niece and nephews Frank, Jim Peter and Megan, his extended family and his close friends in Gyles’ Quay.

Reposing in the Serenity Room of Quinn’s Funeral Home, Dundalk (A91 KW52, entrance on Castletown Road) on Friday, September 12th from 5pm-8pm. Removal on Saturday, September 13th via Gyles’ Quay, to St. Mary’s Church, Lordship (A91 HP76), arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Lordship Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Eileen BYRNE (née Malone) Loughantarve, Knockbridge, Louth / Dundalk, Louth

Formerly Cluan Enda. Peacefully, in the dedicated care of the staff of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Predeceased by her parents Margaret and Anthony. She will be sadly missed by her sorrowing sons and daughter Paul, Sharon and Ciaran, son-in-law Paul, daughters-in-law Sarah and Lisa, grandchildren Cillian, Tiernan, Alanna, Isla and Evie, sister Philomena, best friend Ethna, her nephews, nieces, extended family circle and many friends.

Reposing in the Eternity Room of Quinn’s Funeral Home, Dundalk (A91 KW52, entrance on Castletown Road) on Friday, September 12th from 3pm-8pm. Removal from her home on Saturday, September 13th at 1pm,proceeding on foot to St. Mary’s Church, Knockbridge (A91 EV56), arriving for Funeral Mass at 1.30pm. Cremation afterwards at Lakelands Crematorium, Dublin Road, Cavan (H12 RF78)

HOUSE PRIVATE, PLEASE

The family would like to thank Eileen’s friends on Oriel 1 Ward, Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital who cared for her so lovingly and the Oncology and Haematology Teams whose attention and dedication will never be forgotten by them.

The family request that those attending Eileen’s funeral wear bright colours in tribute to her personality and outlook
