Dundalk darts | Exciting week of darts in DDDL

The latest news from the Dundalk and District Darts League
Last week saw week four of the Heineken-sponsored Dundalk and District Dart League take place. In Division Two, our featured game this week saw The Lisdoo host the clash of Lisdoo Liars v Punters Pumas.
Matthew McGee, captain of the Lisdoo Liars, put the hosts one up before Ken Durnin won for the Pumas.
Martin Malone and Ciaran Connolly (Player of the Match) won for the Liars before Kevin Hillard (Player of the Match) pulled a game back for the Pumas, and in the decider it was Gavin McManus who sealed the win for the hosts.
In the First Division, there was a bottom of the table clash as Northend Sharks hosted Callans HBX. Larry Goodman got the visitors up and running with a narrow 3-2 win.
James Callan and Stephen Shields (Player of the Match)then won to put the hosts 2-1 up. But wins for Rodney McLoughlin (Player of the Match), Gabe McKenna & Glen Hanratty secured a 4-2 win for the visitors.
And in the Premier Division, The Avenue Inn hosted Uncle Toms. John Lawlor was rolling back the years in a high-scoring game and won the first game for the visitors 3-1.
But that was about as good as it got for the visitors on the scoresheet, as wins for Paddy Kearney, Anto Mc Cabe, Alan Mc Knight, Kevin Thompson and Stephen Ogle (Player of the Match) saw the hosts run out 5-1 winners.
