Friday 5th September - TV SMITH + Yur Mum + Molly Vulpine Band - Doors 8pm - Admission €12 / €15

Dundalk’s Toales Live Venue will host punk trailblazer TV Smith—best known as the driving force behind late‑1970s outfit The Adverts—on Friday, 5th September. Doors open at 8 pm, with advance tickets priced at €12 via Eventbrite and €15 on the night.

TV Smith first burst onto the UK punk scene as frontman of The Adverts, penning enduring anthems such as “Gary Gilmore’s Eyes” and “One Chord Wonders.”

After the band’s split in 1979, he embarked on a fiercely independent solo career spanning more than forty years and over a dozen albums, fusing punk’s urgent energy with incisive social commentary.

Support on the night will be Yur Mum, a London‑based duo whose sound draws on punk, grunge, and stoner rock.

Their confrontational yet cathartic sonic assault—marked by jagged riffs and raw intensity—has already won them a growing reputation on the UK Punk scene.

Also on the bill is Dublin's Molly Vulpine Band, whose work has been praised by John Robb of Louder Than War as “Neo Dolly Parton melodic noise set against stark punk and post‑punk soundscapes.”
