Jam-packed lineup at Dundalk's Toales Live Venue this week

TJ Murphy will perform in Tolaes on Thursday night

Here's what's happening this week in Toales Live Venue on Crowe Street in Dundalk

Thursday 24th July - Fireside Sessions Present TJ MURPHY + Clodagh McGrady. Starts 9pm - Free Admission.

Fireside Sessions at Toales Bar in Dundalk welcomes back acclaimed Dundalk singer-songwriter T.J. Murphy for an intimate night of original music and storytelling.

Known for his honest lyrics and soulful delivery, Murphy has carved out a space in the Irish acoustic scene with songs that speak to both heartache and hope.

His stripped-back style and powerful stage presence make him a perfect fit for the Fireside Sessions’ cosy, relaxed atmosphere.

Opening the night is rising singer-songwriter Clodagh McGrady, making her Toales debut.

As always, Fireside Sessions kicks off around 9pm, with free admission and a warm welcome guaranteed.

Early arrival is recommended for the best seats.

Friday 25th July - BROKEN HABIT + New Enemy + Whitehorrn. Doors 8pm - Admission €10.

Get ready for a full-force night of Irish heavy music as Broken Habit hit the stage at Toales Live Venue on Thursday, 25th July, joined by rising post-hardcore outfit New Enemy and high-energy newcomers Whitethorrn.

Formed in 2019, Broken Habit began as a Linkin Park tribute before shifting gears into original songwriting.

Blending nu-metal grooves with metalcore aggression and raw emotion, they’ve built a fierce reputation through relentless gigging and DIY spirit.

Their debut EP S.E.D.A.T.E. is a dark, conceptual journey through addiction, mental health, and personal collapse—bold, intense, and unflinchingly honest.

Main support comes from New Enemy, a Dublin-based post-hardcore band whose debut single Take Me Away drops June 27th. With recent appearances at Opium and Siege of Limerick, they’re quickly gaining traction. Kicking things off is Whitethorrn, known for their blistering live energy and debut single Brace Yourself.

Doors at 8pm. Tickets €10 on Eventbrite. Expect riffs, chaos, and serious volume.
