Cooley man Michael McDonald makes Western Force debut days after making Australian panel

Cooley native Michael McDonald made his Western Force debut in Friday night's 32-point win over Asia Pacific Dragons in Perth.

Cooley native Michael McDonald made his Western Force debut in Friday night's 32-point win over Asia Pacific Dragons in Perth.

The former Dundalk RFC player was introduced during the second period of the victory.

It's another impressive feat to add to what has been a whirlwind few weeks for the 19-year-old, who was also included in the Junior Wallabies' U20 Oceania Championships' panel.

McDonald, a former Cooley Kickhams youth, moved to Australia as a 13-year-old with his parents and twin brother, Andrew.
