It's another impressive feat to add to what has been a whirlwind few weeks for the 19-year-old, who was also included in the Junior Wallabies' U20 Oceania Championships' panel.
McDonald, a former Cooley Kickhams youth, moved to Australia as a 13-year-old with his parents and twin brother, Andrew.
