This day five years ago, Dundalk FC faced off against Sligo Rovers to win the SSE Airtricity league.
Stephen Kenny's squad led the game from the opening whistle with the first goal of the game being scored by John Mountney in the 10th minute, followed up by another goal in the 42nd minute.
Dundalk finished the game with a convincing 5-0 scoreline. To mark five years to the day of lifting the trophy, Dundalk FC shared a brilliant montage on Twitter.

This would be Stephen Kenny's final year with Dundalk before departing as the newly appointed coach of the Republic of Ireland.
