The 2025 presentation ceremony took place on Sunday, November 9 and saw the winners in many of our internal matchplay competitions receive their prizes.
Adrian Kenny won both the Gold Medal and the IJM Minor Scratch Matchplay trophy to complete a unique double, while Fergal Harte (Senior), Shaun Ward (Junior) and John Paul Casey (Intermediate) were the other winners.

Kenny defeated Neal McKell in the 36-hole final of the Gold Medal and then beat Sean Ward in the final.
Conor Curran received the Carolan Cup after beating Niall Rafferty in the final, while Conor McDonnell was the winner of the Harry Walsh Cup after defeating John Oakes.
The Club Foursomes were won by Carl Stewart and Martin McEnteggart. They beat Robert Williams and Andrew McCaughey in the final, while Padraig Hassett and Amanda Rennan defeated Larry and Mary Steen to take the Mixed Foursomes.
Paul Murphy won the Autumn Series sponsored by National Tile and Flooring.
Prior to the presentations taking place, there was a team competition over 14 holes, which was won by the team of Paolo Cordiano (10.8), Bill McCarthy (30.0), Bobby McCarthy (8.3) and Dara Herr (15.9).
They shot 75 points to win by three points from the quartet of Eamon McEneaney (11.5), John Morrison (14.9), Fergus O'Callaghan (10.7) and Tony Ryan (16.7), who needed a countback to secure their runners-up spot.
Best wishes to Greg McCaughey, who is in Japan this week for the Deaflympics, representing Ireland in the individual and team golf competitions.
Captain Gerry McDermott's Dinner takes place on Friday, 21st November 21 at 8pm in the Clubhouse. Bookings can be made through the Bar, and it would be great to see a full house for a wonderful night.
The Annual General Meeting of the Gent's Club will be held on Monday, December 8, at 7pm in the Clubhouse.
