Gardaí have issued an urgent appeal for the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of teenager Makayla Brady, who was reported missing from her home on Monday afternoon.
The 16-year-old was reported missing from Gorey, Co. Wexford, and was last seen at approximately 3:15pm on Monday.
Makayla is described as being approximately 5 foot 2 inches in height with a slim build. She has brown hair and blue eyes.
Makayla was wearing a black pullover jumper and crop top when she went missing.
Gardaí said in a statement that it is believed "Makayla may have travelled to the Bray, Co. Wicklow area".
"Anyone with any information on Makayla's whereabouts is asked to contact Gorey Garda Station on 053 942 1222, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station," a Garda spokesperson said.
