Call out to Louth businesses to get involved in Local Enterprise Week 2026

The countdown is on to Local Enterprise Week 2026. From Monday 2 to Friday 6 March, Local Enterprise Office Louth will host a series of free practical events offering expert guidance, valuable support and brilliant networking opportunities for businesses owners in Louth. 

Head of Enterprise in Louth, Nikki Campbell explains “Local Enterprise Week is an action-packed week of free business-boosting events designed to inform, inspire and energise local business.”

Senior Enterprise Development Officer Niall Gallagher continues “We kick off the week with a dynamic “Business Boost” event at Bellingham Castle on 2 March, helping business owners to step back, assess and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.”  

LEO Louth Business Advisor Gráinne McKeown explains: “Local Enterprise Week offers practical workshops, expert insights, and invaluable networking opportunities for businesses at every stage of growth. Highlights include a Cross Border Trade and Economic Conference, networking events and one-to-one business and finance clinics.”

Business Advisor Niamh Dennehy outlines: “Wednesday brings an interactive workshop for anyone with a new business idea. That evening Boyne Valley Flavours will highlight food producer stories and the lessons they’ve learned. Thursday kicks off with the Drogheda Chamber ‘Secrets to Success’ breakfast, in conjunction with The Mill Enterprise Hub.

"While Thursday evening sees Network Louth join forces with the LEO to host an International Women’s Day event, delivering inspiration and expertise on business scaling. The week concludes with the Louth Enterprise Awards 2026 on Friday, celebrating local entrepreneurial achievement.”

Nikki concludes: “This year’s programme is tailored to help you step back from the day-to-day in your business, sharpen your strategy, and unlock new opportunities.
