St. Vincent's School basketball team are fully geared up for the upcoming season with their wonderful new kit which was generously sponsored by the Dundalk Credit Union.
Teacher and coach Edel McNulty spoke about the recent promotion to Division A League, saying: “This is a huge achievement for the school and all the students involved in our basketball teams.
“This is our first time taking part in this highly competitive league and the girls are relishing the challenge.
“We would like to thank the Dundalk Credit Union for their continued support. The new design incorporating the school colours is fantastic.”
Naomi Donoghue from Dundalk CU explained: “The Credit Union are committed to supporting girls in sport. Funding the kits are a great way for the Board of Managment to use our community support fund on behalf of our members.
“We wish the team the very best of luck."
