IDA planning new road and wastewater pumping station in Dundalk
IDA Ireland has plans underway for new roads and and a wastewater pumping station in Dundalk at its Science and Technology Park in the town, with a planning application lodged this week with Louth County Council.
It has applied to the local authority for planning permission for the development at IDA Dundalk Science and Technology Park, Mullagharlin, Dundalk, seeking planning permission for the provision of access roads, a wastewater pumping station and all associated services.
The proposed access roads are approximately 574m in length, says IDA Ireland, with an overall width of 20.7m comprising carriageway, verge, cyclepath, footpath and associated services.
The wastewater pumping station comprises new hardstand area, kiosks, vent columns, light poles, underground tanks and chambers, landscape reinstatement works, connections to the electricity supply network and water supply network, and site drainage.
