€10,992,55 government funding allocated to roads in Louth for 2025
Of the €10,992,55 government funding allocated to roads in Louth for 2025 that was announced today by Department of Transport, funding is to go towards items including Climate Change Adaptation and Resilience Works; Specific Improvement Grants; Bridge Rehabilitation Works on Regional and Local Roads; and Safety Improvement Works on Regional and Local Roads.
The overall breakdown of the €10,992,55 is here. Specific projects and the amount allocated to each for 2025 are as follows:
Climate Change Adaptation and Resilience Works - €256,500
Specific Improvement Grants - €198,000
Strategic Regional and Local - €380,000
Bridge Rehabilitation Works on Regional and Local Roads - €301,000
Safety Improvement Works on Regional and Local Roads - €257,000
Former National Road Rehabilitation Works - €540,000
