Plans for a builders providers merchants depot at former Let's Bingo in Dundalk
Plans are underway for a builders providers merchants depot at the former Lets Bingo at the Racecourse Road in Dundalk.
Dundalk Building Supplies Limited has applied to Louth County Council for planning permission for the change of use of the property, from a leisure facility to builders providers merchants depot. The planning application also provides for alterations to the external facades by provision of new external doors, proposed new signage and all associated site development works.
“Lets Bingo,” previously known as the "Dundalk Sports Bowl", was brought to the market in September by REA Gunne Property with an asking price of €1,450,000.
A decision is due on the application by 16 Feburary 2023 with submissions due by 26 January.
