Louth County Council still awaiting decision on Bridge Street funding appeal

Louth County Council are still awaiting a response on the appeal to the decision that Bridge Street would not receive funding under the Urban Regeneration and Development Fund.

Members of Dundalk Municipal District were informed by Director of Services, Frank Pentony, at the May meeting which took place in the Town Hall, Dundalk last week, that the Council is still awaiting a response on the appeal.

The meeting also heard that the Council is yet to receive a letter of approval from Government for the funding for the Long Walk rejuvenation plans.
