Four floor mixed use development at Patrick Street in Dundalk gets go ahead

Louth County Council have granted conditional planning permission for a four floor development at "Northend Centre fronting onto Patrick Street" in Dundalk, which will include 17 apartments and two retail/commercial units.

Plans were originally submitted for 22 apartments at the site but following significant further information received on April 2, 2019, the plans were changed to a mixed-use residential and commercial development over floors floors comprising a total of 17 apartments, consisting of eight one-bed and nine two-bed apartments.

The retail units are planned for the ground floor, each comprising 55sq.m with associated shop fronts onto Church Street.

The planned site extends to include associated building numbers 99 and 100 which front onto, Bridge Street/Church Street, Dundalk.
