Seven new houses planned for Mill Road in Dundalk
A planning application lodged with Louth County Council this week, seeks to build seven new houses at the Mill Road in Dundalk.
The application which was received by the Council at the beginning of the month, seeks permission to demolish existing commercial units on the site at the Mill Road, and the construction of seven houses.
The proposed new dwellings would be in 3 sets of semi-detached dwellings and one detached dwelling.
A decision is due on the application by February 5, 2019, with submissions to be made by January 15, 2019.
