Man to appear in Carrickmacross District Court in relation to fatal collision in Castleblayney
A 34-year-old man is due to appear in Carrickmacross District Court at 6pm this evening, 29th November 2018 charged in connection with the fatal road traffic collision in Castleblaney on November 27, 2018.
The investigation is ongoing and Gardaí are continuing to appeal for witnesses.
Following an appeal made by Superintendent Treanor this morning, a woman has made contact with An Garda Síochána in relation to the fatal traffic collision that occurred on Wednesday 28th November, 2018 in Castleblaney, Co. Monaghan.
Gardaí wish to renew their appeal for any witnesses that may have been in the vicinity of Main St, Castleblaney between 11.15pm and 11.45pm on 27th November, 2018 and are asked to contact Carrickmacross Garda Station on 042 9690190, The Garda Confidential Telephone Line 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.
