Photos from the 2025 NEFL Awards night was held in the Ardboyne Hotel in Navan on Saturday night.
It was a wonderful night of celebrations, with the event sold out weeks in advance. Great credit must go to the NEFL Committee for their brilliant organisation in putting together such a great event.
Bellurgun United had a large group present to celebrate the historic double achieved by their Senior Women's team in winning the UHY Farrelly Dawe White NEFL Premier Division and Challenge Cup.
The team were presented with their Winner's Medals for both League and Cup competitions. There were also individual awards to be confirmed, and Bellurgan Players were again to the fore:
Una Pearson picked up the Most Clean Sheets award in the Premier Division for the Second year running. Claire Callan picked up the Most Assists award.
However, there were great celebrations when Claire Callan was announced as the winner of the prestigious Women's Premier Division Player of the Year.
This was a tremendous honour both for Claire and Bellurgan United and is great recognition for the commitment, dedication and brilliant performances put in all season by our inspirational captain.
