Dundalk Youth Theatre hosting open day for young people this month
Dundalk Youth Theatre is back with an exciting new term on the 22nd of September. In conjunction with this, the group will be hosting an open day on Saturday September 15th in An Táin Arts Centre.
The open day is a free workshop for young people to come alone and try a drama workshop. Each workshop that Dundalk Youth Theatre delivers is designed to foster and support creativity and confidence for each young person that attends.
Dundalk Youth Theatre’s co-facilitators for the coming year are Leah Rossiter, Cathal Thornton and Edwina Albrecht. Leah is Company Manager of Quintessence Theatre Company.
Leah specializes in physical theatre and improvisation from her experience working with Quintessence.
Cathal is a graduate of Trinity College and has worked with Various youth theatres throughout the country.
Dundalk Youth Theatre will be accepting new members on the open day and for weeks after.
