Job losses in Carrickmacross as Kingspan closes site PIC: Courtesy Kingspan
Up to 18 are jobs are expected to be lost in Carrickmacross, following the announcement that Kingspan is to close one of its sites.
According to Northern Sound Radio, up to 18 redundancies are to be sought at the Kingspan Environmental facility, which steel diesel and oil storage tanks.
Talking to Northern Radio today, a spokesperson for Kingspan said that the company, “regrets having to take this decision, and all staff will be offered the opportunity for redeployment in other Kingspan operations”.
It is thought that the redundancies are to take place from the end of October 2018.
