York Street to close for a number of days

York Street Dundalk

Louth County Council has given notice of its intention to close a section of York Street in Dundalk to the public and vehicular traffic to facilitate installation of new pipe on Clanbrassil Street as part of the Water Conservation Project, Dundalk.
The extent of the road closure will be along York Street from its junction with Clanbrassil to its junction with Nicholas Street. No vehicular access or parking will be permitted along the proposed closure route for the period of closure.
The period of road closure will from Tuesday 1st November 7am until Friday 4th November 7pm. Diversions will be in place. Objections may be made in writing in relation to the proposed temporary closure before Friday 14th October 12noon.
