A young man who swore at gardaí who had responded to reports of a disturbance in a local housing estate in Ardee, was fined €200 at Dundalk District Court.
The court heard gardaí received a report of two men acting erratically in a house at Castle View, Hale Street, Ardee shortly before 3am on August 10th last.
They were asked to leave the property and while they did so, they acted in a disruptive manner in the estate.
Daniel Ladusovs (26) with an address at Castle View, Ardee repeatedly pushed the gardai and told them to f**k off.
