Teenage driver arrested following two-car collision in Louth

Gardai say no injuries were reported at the time and investigations are ongoing

Gardaí are investigating a two-car collision in Blackrock, Louth, in the early hours of New Year’s Day which resulted in the arrest of a teenage driver.

Gardaí attended the scene following report of a two-car road traffic collision that occurred at Blackrock shortly after 1am on Thursday 1st January.

The male driver of one of the vehicles, aged in his late teens, was arrested at the scene.
