This very entertaining goal-fest highlighted the scoring abilities of two of Dundalk and District League's top scorers, Micky O'Kane and Arthur Sands. Jared Rodgers gave the home side the lead on 18 minutes.

Micky O'Kane soon added another, but almost immediately Arouna Sandgo pulled one back for square. Arthur Sands sent the sides in level at the break.
Sands struck early in the second half to put the visitors 3-2 ahead. The goal of the match from Micky O'Kane made it 3-3 on the hour mark. Six minutes later, Arthur Sands, with the best strike of his hat-trick, put Square in front.
A harsh penalty against the brave Square keeper saw O'Kane complete his hat-trick to leave the match level at 4 apiece with 20 minutes to play.
The home side saw the crossbar deny them the lead before goals from Taylor Diamond and Aidan Lee Martin sealed a dramatic win for the Ardee side.
This was Micky O'Kane's third hat-trick this season, and Arthur Sands was notching his second. O'Kane went to top scorer with 16 goals.

Haynestown Celtic 2-3 Carlingford Celtic
Carlingford can breathe a sigh of relief that they came away with all three points from this very evenly matched contest against a determined Haynestown.
Thunder and lightning accompanied the opening 10 minutes, but the biggest shock came in the 15th minute when Sahnoon Buye fired Haynestown into the lead.
The ‘Ford responded with a series of attacks, but found the young netminder in superb form. It took a powerful header from Ross Dullaghan to beat him on 35 minutes. The Carlingford keeper produced a great save close to half-time to send the sides in level at one apiece.
The visitors had to replace their injured keeper on the hour mark, and his replacement failed to deal with Tolani Animashahon's effort that put Haynestown 2-1 ahead.
Peter Shields, Carlingford's top scorer, levelled the match with a lob over the keeper in the 80th minute. Two minutes from the time referee Ciaran Reilly awarded a penalty to Carlingford, which Peter Shields dispatched for the winning goal and his 16th strike this season.
