Recently  OnYerBike welcomed members of Dundalk Chamber of Commerce for a Members Business Tour, which included a guided ride along the fabulous Carlingford Lough Greenway.

Carlingford Marina is now home to a number of activity and hospitality businesses, and the morning commenced with a complimentary breakfast at Rabelo Bistro at the marina. Richard Lewis, CEO of OnYerBike Carlingford, took the opportunity to tell guests about all the other businesses now operating at Carlingford Marina.

OnYerBike Carlingford, winner of Trip Advisor’s Travellers Choice award for each of the past five years, is situated at the very start of the Carlingford Lough Greenway, soon to extend all the way to Newry and beyond to Portadown and to Lock Neagh.

With a large range of bikes for all the family, including Irish designed and built Kuma eBikes, OnYerBike offers flexible hire periods so that individuals, the whole family, and large groups up to 50 can enjoy the fresh air, amazing views and lots of fun cycling off-road along our fantastic greenway. The www.onyerbike.ie website has an on-line booking system, so it’s easy to book the bikes you need on the day and time you want and the duration you would like. OnYerBike also accepts bookings by telephone and from people that arrive at the depot at Carlingford Marina.

Dundalk Chamber of Commerce members also visited  another new facility on their ride – An Tain – a fabulous new facility located on the greenway that opened last year on the site of what was the old Tain Holiday Village, now a modern complex of luxury lodges known as Baile Beag.

Established in the 1980s, Carlingford Marina offers berths, boatyard and other services to resident and visiting yachtsmen. The eight Carlingford Marina Apartments provide modern accommodation for up to 40 people, and the on-site Rabelo Bistro caters for all occasions and events, with seating for over 100 people.

Another new facility at the marina, opposite the HotBox Sauna is The Coffee Box, offering barista coffee, cakes and snacks.
