Dundalk FC retained the Jim Malone Cup last night with a 3-1 win over Drogheda United at Oriel Park.
Late goals from Michael Duffy (penalty) and Dylan Connolly settled affairs in the Lilywhites' favour. However, the injury sustained by winger John Mountney may well have taken some off the gloss off the triumph with manager Stephen Kenny indicating the Mayo man could miss the start of the season.
Nonetheless, Democrat photographer Ciarán Culligan was there to capture the action.
