The Victorian Company will mark International Women’s Day with a special evening event featuring award-winning nutritionist Rachel Graham on Wednesday 4th March from 6pm.

Titled An Evening with Rachel Graham: Fueling the Next Chapter, the event will focus on supporting women through midlife and beyond, offering practical advice on nutrition, energy and long-term health.

During the evening, Rachel will discuss the changes that occur in the body after 40 and outline three key pillars to support wellbeing: prioritising protein, maintaining blood sugar stability, and keeping nutrition simple and sustainable.

She will also host a live demonstration, preparing her popular protein balls from her book, followed by an interactive Q&A session.
