Thursday 20th November - Fireside Sessions Presents SHOCK SORROW + Eoin Miller - Starts 9PM - Free admission

Fireside Sessions returns to Toales, Dundalk with a night built for anyone who wants real, heartfelt music in an intimate room.

This edition brings Shock Sorrow and Eoin Miller to the stage, kicking off at 9PM with free admission, making it an easy yes for anyone looking for something genuine on a night out.

Shock Sorrow is the creative partnership of brothers Keith and Steff Caffrey, stepping forward from the ashes of past metal and rock projects to form a striking alt-rock/acoustic two-piece.

Their sound leans on impassioned vocals, poignant guitar work, and harmonies that come from years of playing and writing together.

It’s a blend that has earned them a reputation as emotive, thoughtful songwriters within Ireland’s acoustic rock scene—music that connects without needing to shout.

They’re joined by Eoin Miller, formerly the drummer with Manchester indie/rock outfit My Albatross, who enjoyed BBC and XFM airplay during their run.

Now working on his debut solo album in Meath, Eoin has already released three singles—“Don’t Be Lonely,” “Talk,” and “Unremittingly”—each one showing a different side of his acoustic, melodic style. All are streaming now alongside a warm, heartfelt video on YouTube.

Together, Shock Sorrow and Eoin Miller bring authenticity, craft, and two very different creative journeys to the Fireside Sessions stage.

If you’re near Dundalk, step into Toales at 9PM. No tickets, no fuss—just a night of music worth hearing up close.
