Comedian Joe Rooney will preform in Toales on Friday, August 8th

El Paso Comedy Club returns to Toales Live Venue in Dundalk on Friday, 8th August, with a night of stand-up guaranteed to bring the laughs.

Headlining the evening is none other than Joe Rooney, one of Ireland’s most recognisable comedic talents.

Doors open at 8pm, with tickets priced at €10 via Eventbrite and €12 on the door.

Best known for his iconic role as Father Damo in Father Ted, Rooney’s blend of sharp wit, musical comedy, and off-the-cuff banter has made him a firm favourite on the Irish comedy circuit and beyond.

His live performances are as unpredictable as they are hilarious—mixing storytelling, satire, and a healthy dose of absurdity.

Joining him on the night is a stellar lineup of guest acts, including Pete Giffen, Jessica Collins, and Graham Morrissey—each bringing their own unique flavour of humour to the stage.

Hosting duties will be handled by the ever-charismatic Elizabeth Redmond, the beating heart of the El Paso Comedy Club.

With top-class comedy in an intimate venue, this promises to be a Friday night well spent.
