Toales in Dundalk hosts three alternative rock indie bands tonight

Brother Vice take to the stage in Toales tonight, Friday Febraury 2nd

Toales Bar and Live Venue are set to host a number of indie and alternative rock acts this coming weekend.

FRIDAY 2 FEBRUARY - Brother Vice + Midweek Crisis + Foreign Mornings
Admission €8 - Doors 8pm.

After a whole month of quiet acoustic shows, Toales said it is delighted to host three noisy alternative rock indie outfits to blow the January blues away, and all for just €8!

Brother Vice is a four piece indie rock act from Co Armagh, with a sound reminiscent to that of The Killers, Catfish and the Bottlemen and Sam Fender.

Delivering deep personal lyrics accompanied by infectious melody’s and catchy hooks, they have gained a very noticeable buzz online.

Midweek Crisis is a four-piece indie/rock/punk band of grown up teenagers from the borderlands of Dundalk.

They formed through a shared love of diverse music, uniquely blending their 80s and 90s influences and post-punk sensibilities to tell stories of failure and triumph with a big heart and a healthy lack of respect for the absurdity of these times.

Foreign Mornings is a five-piece alt-rock band from Belfast. They’ve enjoyed airplay via BBC Introducing, RTE 2XM, (their single Let’s Go Home was Record of the Week), Amazing Radio and more.

2023 was a busy year for the band, touring the UK, and taking in shows and festivals in Sheffield, Brighton, Glasgow, Falkirk as well as sold out hometown gigs in Belfast.
