Thursday will be a dull and breezy day. After a dry start, rain and drizzle will spread from the west throughout the morning with moderate to fresh southerly winds increasing strong at times on coasts.

However, outbreaks of rain will linger across southern parts of Leinster, with some heavy falls possible. Highest temperatures of 9 to 11 degrees.
