Their clash with Antrim in Cooley saw the Reds run out comfortable winners, although manager Darren Bishop has issued a statement of caution ahead of the tie, encouraging his players not to take the Saffrons lightly.
The winner of Saturday's affair will face either Fermanagh or Limerick, who meet in the other last four encounter.
Louth recorded their sixth successive triumph last Sunday, defeating Fermanagh in Tullyallen.
