Championing local produce has been a core ethos of The Townhouse.

Ravensdale-born head chef and owner John Kenwright has worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years.

He trained locally before moving to Dublin and Paris where he worked under celebrity chefs Conrad Gallagher and Leo Small before returning to his hometown Dundalk.

John’s passion for local produce is seen throughout the menu and our location means that we are in an excellent position to benefit from the wealth of produce in our locality.

Our chefs work closely with suppliers to deliver the highest quality, local, seasonal produce.
