The Town End podcast have announce their charity jersey for 2025. Once again the podcast has teamed up with Dundalk Village as their chosen charity and main sponsor for the podcast.
This will be their second charity jersey after a successful jersey launch in 2023 helping to raise over €300 for Dundalk Village project works in Uganda.
Speaking at the launch of this year's jersey, former Dundalk FC player and Dundalk Village representative, Donal Greene said:
“We are delighted to be linking up again for a new charity jersey with The Town End lads for 2025. Dundalk Village is a sustainable farming and community development initiative based in Nakasongola, Uganda.”
Since its founding in 2020, the project has been dedicated to improving the lives of rural Ugandans through grassroots agricultural programs and vital community support services.
To date, Dundalk Village has delivered clean drinking water to over 100 families, distributed mosquito nets to multiple villages, and provided access to education and critical medical treatment for children suffering from malaria and other life-threatening conditions.

Chris Clarke from The TownEnd podcast said: “It's great to be able to announce this year’s charity shirt.
“We wanted to take some inspiration from Dundalk’s 1st Division seasons gone by.
“A jersey we all always really liked was the 2006 jersey. Despite winning a playoff against Waterford that year, the Controversial FAI Independent Assessment Group denied Dundalk FC promotion but John Gill had begun assembling his squad which would eventually gain promotion two season later.”
He continued: “Working again with Donal and Dundalk Village has been a real honour as he’s someone who has backed the podcast from day one, and we are delighted to be able to highlight all the great work Dundalk Village have been doing as well.”
The Town End have once again teamed up with Dundalk FC jersey manufacturer Playr-fit have come on board to help design and create this year's Jersey.

Chris continued: “Playr-fit and in particular Karl O’Connor has been great helping this creation come to fruition, we are so proud of it and we hope the fans of Dundalk FC will be too.
“We would like to thank Vinny and all the crew in Tony’s Pizzeria as well as Marc Carolan from Black Mountain Studio for their continued support of the podcast and feature on the sleeves of this year's shirt. Also a big thanks to Gerry Scully for the photographs and Nita Whelan, Dundalk FC, for the use of Oriel Park to showcase the jersey.”
The shirt is available from today, Tuesday, July 1st for a limited time from the playr-for website https://playr-fit.com/
