All the signs this afternoon are that the Dundalk FC takeover by American firm Peak6 has gone through.
Jordan Gardner - one of the men believed to be backing the takeover - has updated his twitter bio, stating that he's the co-owner and board member of Dundalk FC
While, on www.peak6sports.com, the Dundalk FC crest is listed on their company portfolio.
The Democrat have contacted both parties for comment this afternoon and have received no response as of yet.
