A current selector with the Louth senior team, Kierans led the Wee County minors to their first Leinster final apperance since 1971 in July - where Dublin defeated them.
Liam Kelleher and Shane Lennon - both of whom acted alongside him as selectors with the minor team - have been appointed to the same role in the new set-up.
As was expected, Tom Rooney and Malcolm McDonnell have been named the county's U17 management. The pair were at the helm of the U16 side this season, winning both the Gerry Reilly and Fr. Manning Plate competitions.
