The National Lottery has announced that one lucky player has become the first Lotto millionaire of 2026 after winning over €1 million in the EuroMillions Ireland Only Raffle.

It has now been revealed that the winning ticket for Friday night’s EuroMillions Ireland Only Raffle, worth €1,005,000, was sold in County Dublin.

The winning ticket had been purchased in Dublin 9 with the National Lottery now revealing that the quick pick ticket was sold by Spar Drumcondra, 122 Drumcondra Road Upper.

The winning raffle ticket number was: I-TGQ-37601.

Store Manager of Spar Drumcondra, Niall Tobin, said on the shop selling the winning raffle ticket: “What a fantastic win for Dublin’s Northside!"

"The team here at Spar Drumcondra are absolutely delighted to have sold the winning EuroMillions Ireland Only Raffle ticket that has made the first National Lottery millionaire of 2026! We’re thrilled for Ireland’s newest millionaire and want to wish them every success in the future.” 

While, Darragh O’Dwyer, a spokesperson for the National Lottery said: “What an incredible way to mark Valentine’s weekend, as Ireland’s first National Lottery millionaire of 2026! The winning Ireland Only Raffle ticket was sold at Spar Drumcondra, and in total, more than 56,000 players in Ireland won prizes across the EuroMillions and EuroMillions Plus draws last night. We’re absolutely thrilled and can’t wait to see the joy this win brings to Ireland’s newest millionaire.” 

Friday night’s EuroMillions draw featured an extra special ‘Ireland Only’ Raffle event, with a guaranteed €1,005,000 prize for one player.

As with every EuroMillions draw, ten players win €5,000 with their unique raffle ticket number, and among them one  winner has had an additional €1,000,000 added to their prize, making them the first National Lottery millionaire of the 2026 with a total prize worth €1,005,000. 

The latest EuroMillions Ireland Only Raffle winner is advised to sign the back of their ticket and to keep it safe.

They should make contact with our prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for them to collect their prize in Lottery HQ.
