The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) has alerted Irish consumers, particularly parents, to an urgent recall amid fears a popular children's product can "harm the health of children by damaging the reproductive system".
A safety issue has been identified with Tototang Slime Shop – Coffee Clear Slime sold by a third-party seller (Foshan Nanhai District Barbarian Bull Toys Firm) on SHEIN marketplace.

The product presents a chemical risk. The migration of boron from the toy slime exceeds the toy safety requirements. Ingestion or contact with an excessive quantity of boron may harm the health of children by damaging the reproductive system.
The brand is TotoTang Slime Shop. The batch number is AM-TT-202508. The Product identifier is sh25021989977222884. The type/model number is Tototang-25.
There are approximately 53 affected products in the Republic of Ireland.

What to do:
If you purchased one of these products, please stop use immediately, discard the product, and keep it out of the reach of children.

SHEIN works closely with international third-party testing agencies such as Intertek, SGS, BV and TUV SUD, to ensure compliance with product safety standards.”
