The search for a missing 28-year-old man has been stood down following the heartbreaking discover of his body, say Gardaí.
Vadim Vasilonoks was reported missing from his home in Kiltalawn, Tallaght, county Dublin, 12 weeks ago on August 7.

In a public appeal, Gardaí said they and Vadim's family were concerned for his welfare shortly after his disappearance.
In a another heartbreaking appeal, Vadim's aunt posted photos of him on Facebook in an effort to find him, along with descriptions of Vadim, saying, "He left home in Tallaght at 9.55am and never returned."

Now Gardaí have issued the tragic update that following the discovery of a man’s body, the missing person appeal for Vadim Vasilonoks (28), who was reported missing from Kiltalawn, Tallaght, Dublin 24 since 7th August 2025 has been stood down.
