Gardaí are investigating a theft in Waterford and are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
On May 28, 2025, an ambulance was parked outside University Hospital Waterford, staff were attending to a patient in the hospital and when they returned to ambulance they noted that the medical bag had been stolen from the rear of the ambulance.
Gardaí say this is obviously this is more valuable to the crew than to anyone who stole it.
CCTV has been obtained and an investigation is ongoing.

Gardaí are urging anyone who may have any information to please contact Unit B at Waterford Garda Station on 051 305300.
