Driver tested positive for opiates, cocaine and benzos and was not insured
A three vehicle collision occurred on the M5O motorway on Tuesday January 28th 2025.
The Roads Policing Unit from Dublin Castle and emergency services were called to attend the scene.
"Very fortunately there were no injuries reported," Gardaí reported.
A driver was arrested and a blood sample was taken back to the Garda Station, which tested positive for cocaine, opiates and benzos.
The driver also had no car insurance.
