Gardaí have caught a motorist over four times over the legal limit after spotting the car "driving erratically".
Delvin Roads Policing Unit stopped a car in Meath for erratic driving on Friday night.
The driver failed a roadside breath test and was arrested.
When conveyed to the station, the driver recorded a reading of 90 micrograms of alcohol per 100 ml of breath, which is "over 4 times the legal limit" gardaí added.
