WEATHER EXPERTS have given their verdict on whether or not Ireland will have a white Christmas this year.
Two weeks out from the big day it seems that the weather models are very uncertain, but at present are showing high pressure at the South of Ireland, with snow forecasted for Scotland.
Models show a risk of cold air around December 19-20 but the snow may not arrive for Christmas day.
It is still too soon to know for certain will there be snow or not for the holiday but every child in the country will be hoping for some to make Christmas even more special this year.
